Darío Mastrosimone was born
in Buenos Aires on October 2, 1964.
Do your studies at the National School Mariano Acosta,
there he discovers his passion for art,
But then he studied Economic Sciences
at the University of Buenos Aires where
he received a National Public Accountant.
Despite having a successful professional career
you cannot give up your old passion for painting.
For this reason, he decided to resume his painting studies
with the renowned watercolorist Daniel Salaverría.
Later he studies with Natalio Galluzzi,
and Cesar Noveletto but to whom he owes
the spirit of his works is George Miciu-Nicolaevici.
He is the one who motivates him in the use of the spatula
and light management influences the motives
and the spirituality of the work.
Since January 2008 he leaves Buenos Aires behind
and he lives in San Martín de los Andes,
Province of Neuquén, from where he begins
a new life with his family, dedicating himself fully to painting,
surrounded by the landscape
that God gives as inspiration for his works.
This radical turnaround that he has given
in his life launches him after the search
for new shapes and colors made
of direct observation and at the same time
of an intimate sensitivity that literally changes
his attitude towards life.
Since then he has made a large number
of samples and exhibitions.
